  • Who should go to the store when leaving?

    As a general rule, we ask that those who have made a reservation come to our store. If you are unable to come on the day, please contact us in advance. Please note that the rental contract will be exchanged with the customer who visits the store.
  • Can I make changes to my original reservation before departure?

    Depending on the condition of the vehicle, you may or may not be able to receive the service. Please inquire at the store.
  • What are the procedures for departure?

    We will exchange rental deals, check for scratches, etc., and explain other usage details.
  • Should I bring naan bread on the day I rent a car?

    Please bring all drivers' licenses, credit cards, and if using ETC, the ETC card as well. Passports and international driver's licenses are also required for non-Japanese nationals.
  • What if I forget something?

    Please contact us as soon as you know. We will do our best to search for lost items. Please note that we will not be held responsible for compensation for lost items or damages based on our rental terms and conditions.
  • If I specify a location, can you pick up the rental car there?

    We do not provide a service to pick up your rental car at your designated location. I'm sorry.
  • Is there a drop-off service?

    We are sorry. We do not provide drop-off service.
  • What if I want to extend the scheduled return date or return time?

    Please be sure to contact us before the return date and time.  (TEL: +81 07 5605 5775) However, depending on the reservation status, you may not be able to receive an extension. Please note.
  • What if I can't fill up the tank when I return it?

    Please let us know when you return the item. You will receive a flat rate of 5,000 yen regardless of mileage.
  • What should I do if I think I will be late for the return time?

    Please contact us as soon as possible. In this case, you will be charged an extension fee. Please note. If you extend your stay without contacting us, you will be required to pay a specified penalty fee. Additionally, any delay without permission is a violation of the rental agreement, so any damages incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. please note.
  • Does the price change depending on distance traveled?

    Fares do not change depending on the distance traveled.
